Nicole Fourman

Born and raised in Indiana, Nicole is a true casserole-loving Midwesterner. She studied English and Business at Purdue University and has worked with content or companies in some capacity ever since. This has included a publishing house in NYC, a healthcare IT company in Madison, WI, and most recently, a technical marketing and consulting firm in Seattle, WA. A long simmering curiosity about our food system and food's ability to bring people together ultimately prevailed though—blame it on the casseroles—and Nicole is now a second year dual-degree MBA/Food Studies student at Chatham.

As a Business Support Coordinator with CRAFT, Nicole is looking forward to working with regional food businesses and learning more about their unique needs.
