Business Support & Education Program Manager

Abi Kapelewski (she/her) is the Business Support & Education Program Manager at CRAFT, where she supports food producers and regional partners in building equitable, sustainable, and resilient food systems. She began her career in Pittsburgh’s East End community development sector, cultivating deep connections with local neighborhoods.

At Bloomfield Development Corporation, Abi managed the Bloomfield Saturday Market during the pandemic, supporting vendors and fostering community engagement. Previously, she served as Business District and Communications Manager at Lawrenceville Corporation, where she helped shape the neighborhood’s evolving landscape with a thoughtful and collaborative approach.

Throughout her career, Abi has been fortunate to work in vibrant neighborhood spaces, from bustling business districts to farmers markets. She is passionate about applying her experience to support regional food producers and strengthen community food systems.
