Our 12-week market readiness class is ideal for farms and food businesses that are looking to create value-added products as a way to diversify their income. Students will learn about regulations, recipe development, labeling, branding, and how to make sure their products are a long-term staple in their favorite markets and grocery stores.

ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification training is a food safety training course required by the state of PA for some food business owners and managers. Certification training includes 16 hours of class time and an in-person exam, which upon completion is valid for 5 years.
