What are the current COVID-19 policies for workshops?
We follow Chatham University's policies for in-person classes, which require COVID-19 vaccinations for all students participating in face-to-face classes or campus activities. Additionally, the current policy states that mask-wearing is required indoors. If you did not upload your vaccination card when your purchased your ticket, please bring it with you to your workshop!
When does my workshop start?
All of our virtual and in-person workshops start at 12pm EST. For an in-person workshop, we ask that you please allow for an appropriate travel and check in time. For virtual workshops, we recommend joining the Zoom meeting 5-10 minutes in advance. You will be let into the meeting by a CRAFT Workshop Assistant.
Where is my in-person workshop located?
Our in-person workshops are located at our Eden Hall Campus in the Lodge; 6035 Ridge Road, Richland Township, PA 15044. The Lodge is a tan brick building with a red roof that is located slightly behind the white farmhouse. Please look for our sign directing you to the small parking lot! Also be on the look-out for an e-mail from us 2 days before your workshop. This e-mail contains a campus map that should help you locate the lodge!
When will I get a link to join the virtual workshop and how do I join?
You will receive an e-mail two days prior to the virtual workshop with the Zoom link. If you don't have Zoom, we recommend you downlaod the program before the day of the workshop. Once you have Zoom installed, all you have to do is click on the link provided in the e-mail and wait for the CRAFT Workshop Assistant to let you into the meeting!
Are virtual workshops recorded?
Yes! We record all of our virtual workshops, and participants will receive a link to the recording 1-3 days after the workshop.
I didn’t receive any information about the workshop I signed up for, what do I do?
One week prior to your virtual workshop you will receive an email from craftsa@chatham.edu with the ingredient and equipment lists for your workshop. If you did not receive this email, please check your junk mail folder before emailing us at craftsa@chatham.edu. You will also receive and email two days prior to the workshop with the zoom link to join the workshop!
Something came up last minute and I can no longer be at the workshop, what do I do?
If you are unable to attend a workshop, please email us at craftsa@chatham.edu so that we can plan accordingly. If you would like a refund, please give us more than 48 hours notice. For virtual workshops, if you do not request a refund we will send you a recording of the workshop within 1-3 days of the workshop date.
I have a question for the instructor or CRAFT Workshop Assistants in advance, who do I reach out to?
With any questions regarding the workshop, please email us at craftsa@chatham.edu. We will pass any questions to the instructor (if applicable) and get back to you within 1-2 days. Questions are always welcome throughout the workshop as well, so feel free to write them down!
