Helping Food and Farm Businesses Thrive

We provide place-based business support to help food and farm entrepreneurs succeed in the communities they call home. By reducing the high barriers to entry across Western Pennsylvania and the greater Appalachian region, we equip producers with the tools, training, and guidance they need to grow strong and community-anchored businesses.

Cohort-Based Classes

We offer tailored, place-based education to bolster the region’s food and farm businesses. Classes can be designed with partners to meet specific needs, providing flexible, expert-led learning opportunities.

CRAFT was always willing to support any need of the Center, from providing direct technical assistance to farmers and food businesses, to collecting, analyzing, and reporting data required for federal reports, to deploying the web-based technology that enabled us to accept and review sub-award applications, I always knew the team at CRAFT would get the job done.
