Nicolette Spudic

Director of Business Support

Nicolette Spudic is a long time food industry professional with over 20 years experience in the food space. Her focus is on helping food businesses and non-profit organizations achieve their goals by providing business start up training, research, product and process development, and strategic consulting. She's excited to provide entrepreneurs with the services that will help them compete better in the regional food economy. In addition to her position at CRAFT, Nicolette teaches within the Falk school of Sustainability at Chatham University and is a member of the Allegheny County Health Department’s Food Safety Advisory Committee.
