Class Description:

The Branding Intensive Class will provide students with the skills to properly name and fully brand their business. A brand is so much more than just a logo and when a business takes the time to properly define their brand identity, their products and services are greatly improved. This class will help you create a brand that excites customers, encourages repeat purchases, and saves you money.

  • Identify and utilize the steps to properly name a business

  • List the elements of the Branding Roadmap and understand how to leverage them in creating a successful brand.

Course Creator:

Nicolette Spudic is the Food and Agriculture Innovation Lab Coordinator at CRAFT. Working in the food industry for almost 20 years she brings a wealth of both practical and theoretical knowledge to assist regional food businesses of all sizes. She often sees a lack of fully branded local products and wants to empower businesses to properly brand their offerings to compete with national companies.
